* During free swim, the staff reserves a corridor for swim laps.

* The last whistle is blown at 7:55 p.m. Plan ahead to change and dry your hair, if needed, as the pool building closes at 8 p.m. Thank you!

*On weekdays, the swimming pool is reserved for the day camp and the Seniors Aquafitness and free swim, until 5:45 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.We invite you to take a look at the schedule before coming to the pool.

The swimming pool will be closed if:
  • the outdoor temperature is below 18 degrees and / or
  • rain is announced to be 90% for more than 60% of the duration of the free swim period (Ex: rain announced from 12:00 to 15:00) and / or
  • thundershowers and / or bad tweather starts 1 h before the end of the day.

Mondays and Wednesdays, from June 26 to August 30, 2017: 4 to 5 p.m.

Swimming corridor

On Mondays and Wednesdays, from June 26 to August 30, between 5 and 5:45 p.m., a swimming corridor will be reserved fot those who would like to do some laps!

Adapted equipement

Adapted equipment are available for visitors. You should reserved adapted swimming vests in advance (limited number) or have them installed prior to your arrival (person-lift and pool ramp). ID card will be requested as a deposit.

Material available for the pool

• adapted swimming vests : 18-30 lbs 30-40 lbs 40-90 lbs 90-190 lbs

• person-lift to access the swimming pool (maximum 400 lbs)

• pool ramp to allow the progressive entrance into the water

• adapted picnic tables

Red Cross Swim Preschool is an eight-level stand-alone program for four-month to six-year-old children that allows swimmers to enter various levels based on age and ability. Please register your children according to the child's age and ability. 

Final schedule will be confirmed after the registration period is over.

 

Junior Level

Final schedule will be confirmed after the registration period is over. The program is based on a foundation of continuous evaluation that challenges the individual swimmers to continually go beyond what they have acquired. It is not necessary to have followed preschool levels to register your child to level 1.
